These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the La Vie Lumière website and your purchase of products from our online store.

Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve inventory.

Saunas, cold-plunge systems, tubs, whirlpools, and other large wellness products may require:

• Adequate ventilation and drainage

• A stable, level, weight-bearing surface

• Sufficient doorway, hallway, stairway, and delivery clearance

• Compliance with building codes, property rules, and permit requirements

Unless expressly included in the product description, purchase does not include installation, assembly, plumbing, electrical work, site preparation, interior delivery, or removal of packaging.

La Vie Lumière is not responsible for installation expenses, property modifications, code compliance, permit requirements, or damage resulting from improper assembly, installation, placement, maintenance, or use.

4. Wellness and Health Information

Products and information offered through La Vie Lumière are intended for general wellness, relaxation, and informational purposes.

Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice or a diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition. Individual experiences and results vary.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using saunas, cold plunges, red light products, topical products, or other wellness equipment if you:

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, freight fees, and other charges are displayed during checkout when available.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the submitted payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

We may correct pricing errors or cancel an order placed using materially incorrect pricing. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the amount collected will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance or availability.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order because of:

• Inventory changes

• Pricing or product-information errors

• Payment-verification issues

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

• Shipping restrictions

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges and available methods are calculated based on the product, destination, carrier, and shipment size.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.

Oversized products may require curbside freight delivery and a scheduled appointment. Unless otherwise stated, freight service does not include inside delivery, unpacking, assembly, installation, or removal of packaging.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and contact information. Additional carrier expenses caused by incorrect information, missed appointments, refused eligible deliveries, inaccessible locations, or delayed acceptance may be charged to you.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, damaged shipments, and warranty requests are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Return authorization is required before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Oversized-product return shipping and restocking fees can be substantial. Please review all specifications and delivery requirements before ordering.

9. Manufacturer Warranties

Some products include a limited manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms, duration, procedures, and exclusions vary by manufacturer and product.

Manufacturer warranties are separate from the La Vie Lumière Return and Refund Policy. Misuse, unauthorized repairs, improper installation, commercial use, inadequate maintenance, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions may void warranty coverage.

Payment, account, analytics, and other website functions may be provided by Shopify or other authorized service providers. Your use of those functions may also be subject to the applicable provider’s terms and policies.

The La Vie Lumière name, website design, original text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to La Vie Lumière and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit protected website content without prior written permission.

Manufacturer names, product names, trademarks, and images remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s rights or applicable law.

You grant La Vie Lumière a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt submitted content for store operations and marketing, subject to applicable privacy laws.

We may remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
